We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. We will replace the product or issue a refund, at our discretion.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund, and place a new order for the desired product.
